I believe ambivalence is often an integral part of change. I will meet you where you are, and help you move towards what matters most.

My private practice centers on the treatment of substance use disorders, depression, and anxiety. I provide therapy and medication management rooted in empathy, authenticity, curiosity, and pragmatism.

I am a physician board certified in Addiction Medicine and Internal Medicine. I lead the Inpatient & Emergency Department Addiction Consultation Service at Cambridge Health Alliance.

My therapeutic approach draws on Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices.

I see patients in English and French, and have conversational ability in Spanish.

Addiction Medicine & Mental Health Services

I provide individualized care that blends therapy, medication, and harm reduction strategies. Licensed in Massachusetts and New York.

Psychotherapy

Individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Sessions are collaborative, goal-oriented, and tailored to you.

Addiction Care

Compassionate, evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders including alcohol, opioids, and stimulants. Harm reduction and medication-assisted treatment available, including buprenorphine (Suboxone, Sublocade, Brixadi).

Medication Management

Psychiatric medication evaluation, initiation, and ongoing management for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, and PTSD.

Located between Harvard Square and Kendall Square in Cambridge. Telehealth appointments are available via a HIPAA-compliant video platform — no special software required, just a smartphone or computer with a camera. Available for patients in Massachusetts and New York.

When clinically appropriate, yes. This includes medications such as buprenorphine (Suboxone, Sublocade, Brixadi) for opioid use disorder, as well as other controlled medications for conditions like anxiety, ADHD, and insomnia.
Yes. I offer telehealth appointments for patients located in Massachusetts and New York.
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. I can provide a detailed superbill after each visit, which you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Please reach out for current fee information.
